Shipping Policy

Overview

We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders placed through the Tandem Collectibles store are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included on every parcel.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

As our store operates primarily through livestream events, orders placed during a stream will be packed and dispatched together following the close of the stream. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you have placed multiple orders during the same stream, we will combine them into a single parcel where possible.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:

       Metro areas: 2–4 business days

       Regional areas: 3–6 business days

       Remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by peak periods, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery times once dispatched vary by destination and are typically:

       New Zealand: 3–8 business days

       USA, UK, Europe: 6–20 business days

       Rest of world: 10–30 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival of the parcel. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will not be covered or reimbursed by Tandem Collectibles.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international postal services.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is sent with tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at tandem.collectibles@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears stuck in transit or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend:

       Checking your tracking number at auspost.com.au for the latest update

       Checking with neighbours or your local post office in case a delivery card was left

       Contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number to lodge an enquiry

We are not responsible for parcels once they have been dispatched and a tracking number provided. If a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia Post, please contact us at tandem.collectibles@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Tandem Collectibles is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a post office, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
