Return & Refund Policy

Overview
All sales at Tandem Collectibles are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including trading card singles, sealed product, or merchandise. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We are committed to making things right where an error has been made on our end. The specific circumstances in which we will offer a refund are outlined below.
When We Will Offer a Refund or Return
We will issue a refund or return in the following circumstances only:
• Wrong item sent: You received an item that is different from what you ordered.
• Item not as described: The item you received differs materially from its description or photographs on our store at the time of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with pull rates on sealed product.
How to Request a Refund
If your order falls under one of the eligible circumstances above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at tandem.collectibles@gmail.com. To process your request we will require:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs of the item(s) received
Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. On a case-by-case basis, we may offer only a partial refund, store-credit or require you return the product in its original condition for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of delivery confirmation may not be accepted.
Shipping & International Orders
Tandem Collectibles ships within Australia and internationally. Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by Tandem Collectibles.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges and will not be refunded.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international postal services.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or failure to collect from a post office, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit once they have been dispatched and a tracking number provided. We recommend contacting your local postal service with your tracking number in the first instance. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
